I was able to find an affordable copy of Captain America number 48 and made an offer today. I'm waiting for a response. I never thought that I'd have a complete copy of a world war II era book. It's a cgc slabbed, "restored" book because the cover was re-attached but I'm good with that. This is the final Timely Comics appearance of Steve Rogers.
