I think I told this story here before.

Way back when Titanic was in theaters, there was a lass that had a crush on me. Her best friend was dating (later married) one of my really good friends and the three of us were friends separately before they started dating. She asked me if I would go on a double date with them and the lass. I said ok and the four of us went to see Titanic.

So, while the ship is going down, half of the full theater is in tears (was it a surprise, people?!) and I think my date was tearing up too. Then, this scene happened, and I full laughed out loud. Loudly. I don't recall if the *clunk* or the kicked football spin after that was funnier to me, but it was definitely the *clunk* that started it.

She was none too happy with me. :hihi:
