A vehicle occupied by two or more people or a motorcyclist may use HOV lanes. Vehicles eligible to use HOV lanes include, but are not limited to:

• passenger cars
• pickup trucks
• vans
• buses
• motorcycles
• emergency vehicles responding to a call
