I mentioned this somewhere upthread, but Target has been controlling the AC at all of its stores nationwide from it’s Minnesota HQ for at least the last 15 yrs.. it’s one reason i chose to shop at Target less often in the summers when i lived in Houston since the stores were kept so warm and i found out from an employee there that they had no control over the AC setting.. just terrible penny pinching .
Target turning down the air conditioning. Not a single peep.
