I got a $3200 electric bill today on my 11,000 Sq Ft building. As much as I would love to dial the AC back to save money I'm sure my employees and the 130 dogs they are watching play today would not.
Supposed to be 105* today. It was 72* in the back when I left earlier.
Have you looked into solar? That's an insane bill for a building that size. Assuming the building is closed at night you could probably pay for solar to eliminate your electricity costs in just a couple of years.
I know I've been very happy with the solar I had installed. It's nice seeing credits on even the hottest weeks of the year and having battery backup has been great for the frequent power outages we get in rural Ms.
