Too much hyperbole is being used here. I do not recall anyone being a "fan" of Book. I recall most being optimistic that he would be better than the "experts" believe he can be. It seems if you have optimism for the kid, you are a "fan" and if you don't, then you are a "hater."

It is hard to judge if he is missing open players on TV unless the announcers indicate a player was open. Yesterday, there was no chance of that. He seems to be under a lot of pressure. I am not going to discount him yet... the only thing I see is the games themselves. I am not privy to anything else.
