There is place in the farmers market where we go sometimes (in St Gabriel) that sells Freeze Dried Candy. It expands the candy and tasts interesting. Once i bought the Freeze Dried Nerd Clusters and i noticed they looked like Covid.. So now we refer to them as Covid candy..
