I think 3 lawsuits so far have been filed, with the EPA involved government officials are open game, like Flynt, MI if the governor or governors are to blame they will be charged. I did read where the former mayor (Yarber) tried to declare a state of emergency for the state to come in but the city council struck him down, so perhaps all of the bafoonery will catch up with all those involved.
