I’m not sure that you understand that no one knows if it’s even going to be a top 5 pick. Your question was “WTH care what the pick is?” And I was answering your question as to why people might care.
The point is that it doesn't matter. It's in thr past and it can't be changed. The FO isn't worried about that pick anymore because they got the player they wanted when they traded it.
