every single person that pencil whipped and/or lied on any paperwork needs to be held accountable. those detectives need to be responsible for her murder more than the ones who pulled the trigger..
Did the judge who approved it have any responsibility for due diligence?
Warrants need to be a clear bar... no knock warrants probably should not exist, but if they must then the requirements need to be clear, exceedingly rigirous, and every single person in the chain of application, approval, and execution needs to have full responsibility for ensuring that which makes them required is in fact valid.
