There's no logic, no consistency. The state of officiating in this league is an atrocious joke.
It can all be fixed by allowing a review a two. But we all know that the NFL is very happy with the way it is, makes it easier for them to control.
I mean 31 out of 32 owners wanted to sign Goodell to a new contract. Imagine being the Saints owner, being screwed over year after year, and still voting for Darth Vader!
