When it comes to drunk driving, New Orleans is probably a pretty safe city because most of the best watering holes are mere blocks away, if not right next door to the hotels. Get wasted and stumble to the elevator and somehow wake up in the tub. Or, get a cab. Who in the hell ordered $1000.00 in room service? :covri:
