I know he doesn't want to coach in the pros, but I think he's a leader of men, period. I mean, he's one of the greatest athletes in the past 50 years. He's been there and done that in the NFL and MLB.

I have no doubt he can coach. Plenty fail making the jump. If I was him I'd pursue a coordinator position or something to get my feet wet. But honestly I don't see him going pro. I think he will stay at Jackson as long as his son is in college for sure. Maybe after.
