That being said, I don’t think the La v Tx thing is jealousy- it’s more understanding that Tx is 90% hat no cattle and if culture mattered more; La and Tx would swap places

Tx is that rich guy your cool aunt married and everytime he comes over, you grow more and more confused about what she sees in him
La. Is your awesome uncle who is talented at everything but he’s also an addict and your mom has to explain that he’s not coming to thanksgiving bc he’s in jail again

I never said it was jealousy but the way people in LA bash on Texas like it’s a giant shirt hole while residing in a Cajun shirthole seems crazy to me.

And in all fairness, North Texas is entirely different than the rest of Texas and nobody likes their football team except them.

But as I mentioned, Texas is a big state and the geographic regions are so different all around.

The same could be said about California. Everyone hates LA except those who live there. Northern Cali along with its weather, culture & terrain, is vastly different than southern Cali. Same with east out in the desert & central Cali where all the agriculture is. It’s like 5 states in one.
