I read the story this morning and it pissed me off. Our Leadership lost more today than just a bad "horse trade". Would my stance be different if it was one of my loved ones involved? Absolutely and I would be responding from 100% emotion and not rationale. I also would not be the one brokering the deal. The World was watching and we sheet the bed.
