When I saw the link title I immediately thought it must be from Jared Patterson. This guy also proposed legislation to make Austin a district instead of a city. And he proposed regulating drag shows, and/or shows with transgender people if the show is at a venue where minors could attend; even if minors don’t attend. I believe part of the regulation is the venue management could criminally charged.
