World Cup 2022 - Qatar (with SR Pick'Em league)

Curious what the sentiment on Kane will be a week from now - after the shock wears off. Gonna ask Rob to tell us. @Arathrael
On a scale of bad, I'd say it goes from Kane's second penalty to France's defending to the refereeing.

So there'll be some short term stuff directed at him, but I don't think it'll change much for Kane, misses happen, and, without wishing to put too fine a point on it, he'll get more slack than some other players would.

I was curious to see what people made of the refereeing here, I wasn't sure if it was that bad or if I was being unconsciously wildly biased. Disappointing at this level especially.

Probably the right result overall though, France were sharper and more aggressive going forward, which is what England should have been; France's defense was having kittens every time England made a run at them in the final third, but we seemed to be reluctant to push them.

It'll be interesting to see what approach Morocco take after that.
