No negative vibes, but what is this team missing?

I didn't want to side trsck the draft pick thread, but now with the streak and we are seeing guys develop and find their roles, what/who is needed?

I'm guessing still a rim defender/shot blocker big. Maybe even a "Big" version os Naji enforcer guy.
