We were around Corrientes and Callo - there were easy 3-4 restaurants that had outstanding beef (and I’m not a big steak eater) - but mostly we were taken to these places, so I don’t remember from names
The choripan we had at out producer’s hacienda - it had a satellite building that was a indoor grill that was maybe 6 feet long - they grilled the sausage there and made the choripan right there for us - DELICIOUS!!
