Andy Dalton is PFF’s 2nd highest graded passer this season

I don’t really care if anyone thinks he’s the second highest graded anything.

It’s just another one of many metrics that shows he’s been better than average this season. And I’ve posted a ton more in this thread dispelling a lot of other myths about his performance.

He’s not a franchise guy. We need to address the position aggressively this offseason.

But again, the point is that his performance hasn’t been the reason our record is so poor. He’s had a couple bad games. He’s had more good games. And he’s had some average games where his supporting cast (coaches and pass-catchers) have failed him miserably.
He hasn't been better than average, your whole argument was that he was average.

Average QB, with no "killer instinct," who historically shrinks on the road and in primetime.

Our losses are not Dalton's fault, but neither are any of our wins.

Our record is what it is, because our coach AND quarterback situation is what it is.
