Is Minnesota For Real?

I agree that good/bad football is contagious, also the team has eight game-winning drives this year, so they have the experience of playing under pressure with the confidence from having success in those situations.

That said, their defense isn’t good and seven of their wins were one score victories over teams with losing records. They are 1-2 against current playoff teams, and those two losses were 17 and 37 point losses.

I don’t see them surviving the divisional round.

Yeah, I would say this, and this is something I posted earlier in the week - winning a Super Bowl is very hard, with very difficult odds for anyone. You not only have to have a great team, but you also must be fairly healthy, and you are going to likely run into 4 or 5 games during the season that you will have to luck into winning via a ball bouncing your way, a field goal being made or missed, or a ref making or not making a call. Not only that, but at least one of those 4 or 5 games is going to occur in a playoff setting.

Teams like Minnesota, who seem to thrive in those situations, have just as good of a shot as anyone.
