I think he's a modest improvement over Dalton. Carr is more dynamic, doesn't take the sacks like Dalton does. He's not Drew Brees or Patrick Mahomes, but if he could improve the offense's average PPG up by even 2-3 points, which I think he could, that's a difference between a 7- or 8-win season to a 9- or 10-win season.
Worth a shot, in my opinion.
