I think y'all is missing the point. We want to blame Pete, but I am willing to bet 50 Sheckles that Dennis hamstrung the office by limiting plays and trying to win with the defense. He needs to keep his arse out of the offensive room and let the OC call plays according to their abilities or it won't matter who the OC is.
