Favorite Apple?

I like Honeycrisp and Fuji quite a bit but sometimes they aggravate me because they're the size of softballs & won't fit through my slicer. Yeah, I'm that guy.
Love Pink Lady & Cripp's but they have been really inconsistent here in central tx for the past couple of years.
Lately I've been on Jazz apples. They're not my first choice, but pretty good, and everyone seems to like them.
For those of you who said Gala, keep an eye out for Kanzi apples. Very similar in taste, but bigger, crisper, and a little better IMHO.
Kanzi is now my family's favorite apple. We found these recently at Aldi and had never seen them before here. Incredibly crisp, but not dense so it's still easy to bite into and breaks off in chunks. The perfect balance of sweetness and tartness IMO. Both flavor sensations have a ton of pop, yet neither is overpowering. Juicy, but not so juicy that it's dripping off the apple. If you can find these, definitely give them a try. Honeycrisp will always remain the go-to because you can find them anywhere, but the Kanzi is superior in every category.
