You sound like my mom (no offense).. b/c when i went to Radosta’s a couple weeks ago w/my mom, she kept asking me the same type of questions before my poboy actually came out.. the answer is , i dont know what Patton’s is.. i just know that the hot sausage poboy at Radosta’s def isnt links, it’s more of a patty.. but it isnt like some processed patty, it’s like they ground it into some type of hot savage burger patty almost .. dont take my word for it, go check it out .. but for the love of god, HOLD THE DAMN MAYO.. just get it dressed and add French’s regular mustard, the poboy itslef is too hot to add spicy mustard .
ETA i was gonna correct the typo above but i kinda like the idea of a ‘hot savage poboy’
