SF Final Defensive Scheme

Did anyone notice the last SF defensive scheme? 3 LBs and 8 DBs.
Does anyone remember the Saints defensive scheme for the Minn Miracle:
4 DL, 1 LB and 6 DBs.
Interesting
Different scenarios. MN only needed a FG to beat us in 2017.

However, the biggest head scratcher with the Saints defensive scheme on the final play was that we had Craig Robertson drop into the middle of the field and guard no one. MN was out of timeouts and would not have had enough time to complete a pass in the middle of the field and get in FG range. We should have baited Keenum into throwing the ball to the middle of the field by putting someone 30 or so yards back from the line of scrimmage and then dropping that person maybe 5 yards back even further. Instead, Robertson is fairly close to the line of scrimmage and drops back into a zone where there are no pass catching threats. We in effect wasted a defender.
