The TP mesh came in last night. Super easy to setup. Fairly good coverage everywhere but I think the peak wifi speed I’ve seen is just under 200 mbps. I have yet to plug any Ethernet into the remote ones but will today. I have also not turned off the wifi on the ATT router yet so not sure if that is interfering with the channel or otherwise throttling my speed. But I don’t think there will be buffering anywhere in the house. I think it may be a pretty inexpensive stop gap until I get around to running Ethernet through all the walls. Gonna do that myself but I am going to have to make sure it looks professional unless I want to lose my “bonus”
If I am getting significantly stronger signal in the room with the primary, I’m guessing I may just need to add more units. Will test that tonight as well.
