Athleticism over Talent

Josh Allen was one of the most athletic/most inaccurate passers in college and still remained a horrible passer in his first 2 years in the league. Yet he was coached up and improved his completion percentage by a lot in year 3 and on.

Teams, who have decent OCs and QB coaches, see the same potential and scenario playing out with Richardson. He can flourish in an offense like Hurts is in while he progresses as a passer over a few years.
So let’s point to one success story lol. How about Trey lance? Jordan love? Zach Wilson? Justin Fields? Do I need to go on? The most important trait is vision, anticipation, and accuracy, along with pocket awareness. Great if he’s mobile too that’s just even more upside.
