It only takes one team to fall in love with a prospect, but I think there's little likelihood Carolina has to move up unless they think the Raiders like Richardson more than whoever remains from Young/Stroud/Levis at pick #7. Which likely means Levis.

If the Raiders do something nutty and trade up to #1 or #3, then it's whoever Indianapolis likes most out of Levis and Richardson.
