He has no excuses. Loomis went and got him the best FA QB available. He is kicking the can down the road further to give Allen his fair shake. This is it for DA. Division or bust.

Agreed. Folks seem to somehow think that the FO/management are the only ones that could fire PC.....this harkens back to the Mora days, when Mora supporters just blamed everything on Carl Smith.....I mean, does anyone actually believe the HC doesn't have the clout/ability/authority to fire any coach under him? It is an abjectly ridiculous notion....

If the Saints fail to make the playoffs that should be it for DA, but we will see....I think there is a possible silver lining to the Carr signing though, he is a decent-good "bridge" QB that hopefully a better/new coaching staff inherits and buys time to draft the right QB.....
