Context matters. As others have said, it was a situation where the coach handcuffed Carr to a large degree. Did you not see the highlights where he actually made good and great plays? Physically, he's got everything a franchise QB needs. His most questionable trait is he doesn't do so well under pressure. If we can give him reasonable protection up front, he'll get a lot done.
