I think so too. His story is eerily similar to Rodgers. Both were going into age 38 seasons, both caused a lot of drama at the end. Rogers probably like Favre has only two good seasons left in him.
I think what factors alot into the Rogers situation just as much as his antics is the fact Green Bay desperately needs to get something for him while the markets there. After this year the market will be considerably less, the Packers need to start their rebuild now .
The roster is lacking in talent now and they need draft picks and probably try to figure out a way to get their next franchise QB. Love isn't and never will be the future. But he will get a chance this year to prove he isn't the answer at QB, thus leaving no doubt
