{2023 Thread Bumped} Underhill Giving No Quarter to Nick Wright

Nick Wright is not completely wrong. We are losing players due to our cap that is pushed back etc. It's pretty factual, we don't have a fountain of infinity cap.
We’re losing players that we don’t want to keep or don’t want to find a way to keep if it isn’t worth it. Any player that’s long term valuable to the team — skill and contract wise — the FO always find a way to re-sign them.

12 million a year across 3 years for a DT turning 31 and overpaying Tuttle isn’t really smart. It sucks to lose both at the same time, but they can be replaced in the first 3 rounds of the draft.
