I find the video pretty telling even without audio based on their behavior and posturing towards each other. One is very obviously being forward and more aggressive while the other is backing away and keeping her distance. It has nothing to do with some pre-conceived notion about Irvin.
You seem awfully biased for someone that watched the video a few times. If you’re looking for something with a certain perception or angle, all you’re looking for or can see is anything that agrees with that point of view.
The video footage only shows a mutual conversation between two people who has each other’s attention and eventually laugh together. There’s nothing in the video that implies a strong accusation of sexual assault. I don’t see where he’s grabbing onto her in a sexual way, leaning into her sexually or forcing her to stand in front of him against her will. She’s willingly standing there having a conversation with him the entire time.
