She was given the choice to re-sign or she would be terminated, whom exactly is ignoring facts here? Also smear campaigns are common practice, surprises me not at all....
Actually my position is that we don't know enough to make a judgement unless some of you can prove that she didn't actually have other issues in her file.
Something else that is being ignored is that the school had to have strict, clear policies and procedures for disciplining or terminating an employee. If those procedures weren't followed, the better course of action would have been to force them to fire her and sue then for breaching their own policies and procedures.
