So... his lawyers decided to release texts between him and his girlfriend to TMZ to prove his innocence. Ummm... they did the opposite.

The texts show there was a fight (she says it's her fault because she grabbed his phone). There were visible wounds on her, and she did pass out from the fight (but totally not because of strangulation), and he had to call 911 because she passed out.
