You are GM, do you trade up or down in draft?

I've got it figured out. Stay put at 29, trade down from 40 to late 40's and pick up another 4th, take player at ~48, trade up from 71 using the newly acquired 4th. Or couple the new 4th and a 5th to get back into the third. Now you have a 1st, 2nd, 2 3rds, and still have 4th-7th. Shoot, the GM'ing stuff is easy!
