You are GM, do you trade up or down in draft?

As a general rule, I would trade down, but I would never rule out trading up, and the decision needs to be made during the draft right before the pick when a team knows who has been picked and who is available.

And as a general rule, I dislike trading away future picks. If we trade away a future first-round pick in this draft, I will lose it. There are very few players in this year's draft who should be drafted in the top 10.
