I actually wish for a Revolutionary Food War show
Both British and American celebrity TV chefs compete in both British style 'you have hours to make what ever you want, just make it great' and American style 'you have 40 minutes, secret ingredients and gimmicks'
Some of the dishes on the American shows I think, 'I wish you would put that plate in front of Prue Leith or Pete & Manu'
