Panini America accidentally sent this Justin Herbert card to Derek Carr to sign it. Carr decided to troll and inscribe it with an OT win that he led instead of send it back to Panini unsigned. It is reported that this card is a 1/1 "NFL Shield" card which means there is only one of that specific card. These are usually highly sought after and this, with the inscription, makes it even more sought after.
