A corner whose hammies betrayed him constantly in college, a tackle who'd left football entirely at one point, a possession receiver from a school that at the time wasn't exactly churning them out like they have since Hartline got there, a RB who couldn't really get on the field much at either Bama or Tennessee, a linebacker who was constantly injured, a short-armed small school edge LB and a DE who didn't make it more than one season for the team. My point is, none of those picks were safe bets. They just happened to pan out well because of coaching, their drive to be good, or health issues fading. Aside from Anzalone.
