To Brett Kollman Foskey is a tier 3 edge rusher

I think it's important to remember that unaffiliated scouts have their own lens. Thus for any prospect you'll get a range of opinions because they all have their own biases, areas of emphasis and view of what 'good' looks like. That's why opinions can vary greatly.

Our scouts have a lens which at the very least is attuned to a set of criteria about what is important for us. Our scouts also have far greater time and resources available to assess prospects.

This does not mean unaffiliated scouts can't be right or that our scouts can't be wrong.

I watched Kollman's reviews and they are informative opinions from which he makes money. I'm glad he and others provide this content as it's interesting and provides a short cut to get a bit more information on so many, many prospects.

His two biggest negative points about these players was that Bresee was absolutely atrocious in stopping the run (feel free to read multiple scouting reports, watch film to see if this was a consistent theme) and Foskey doesn't have enough bend, evidenced by 7.28 3 cone, to be anything more than a complementary guy good for 6-8 sacks per season (again, you can formulate your own view on how true that is).
Foskey has future Robin potential.
Payton Turner has future Batman potential and
Cam is still Batman
