Self Checkout

Way way way back in the day when people went to store they handed their list to a clerk who would gather all the items

When shopping carts (some call them buggies, which is still weird to me) were first introduced (do you own damn shopping!) I wonder if people reacted the same way as to self checkout (I don’t work here!)
