The overwhelming consensus when I scanned the draft projections was a third round pick. Some late second and some in the fourth. For what it’s worth, Kiper, Jr had him projected to go to the Saints…with pick 71. We got him at pick 195.
Kinda surprised Payton traded instead of nabbing him for the Broncos, but they had a pretty good WR room.
I have high hopes for Perry. Love the move to get him.
