PT23 was not a “fast” guy, but he could read the field, read his blocking, and run decisively…. It’s really what made him perhaps the best screen RB that ever was.

When mleg1972 mentioned efficiency the first thought that came to mind was PT. Uncanny how knew how to follow his blocking with no wasted moves. And you’re right, his kick return ability was underrated. He set us up in OT in the NFCCG with a very good kick return to beat the Vikes.
