See I go out and buy the family pack when they have a deal. I separate it, vacuum pack and freezer. Then defrost and toaster oven as needed.

Vacuum sealers are just great. I live alone, and cook most of my meals, so being able to store long term is worth the price of the sealer. Which wasn’t really all that much (it’s admittedly a cheap one)
