The Nascar Thread

Allstar race was a bit of a snoozer. NextGen cars just really sucks on short tracks. You can't really bump and run, even on an old track because they have such huge brakes and tires. You can pass, but it's absurdly hard unless you have a rocket like Larson did.

Nascar really needs to revamp the car's short track package because what they're doing now isn't conducive to good racing. The longer tracks, racing is fine, but the short tracks, not so much.

Too much grip, not enough horsepower variation.

Plus that track is apparently notorious for long green runs - which seems a bit counterintuitive.
