One thing I definitely can say is my diet no longer features ultra processed foods as a collatoral benefit from fasting.
This past weekend I had a lot of sweets and on Monday and Tuesday I was so damned out of it and depressed.....I mean really depressed

crazy what that stuff is really doing to us. people keep talking about the need for more mental health treatment? I think what we are eating is a huge source of the problem
