16-year old goes to pick up his siblings; ends up getting shot at the wrong address

But why intentionality?
If it’s disregard for the sanctity of life, one dude intentionally pulling a trigger would be ‘worse’ than a boardroom nonchalantly choosing bottom line over 10k cancer deaths or industrial disasters or heart disease or whatever
If sanctity of human life is the metric, punish the people who cause the most harm, yeah?
Dude you’re just doing Guidospeak here. Murder would be the defining definition for me. If a person intentionally kills one person or a 1000 they deserve the death penalty. If the CEO of a company knows his product is going to kill people then yes she deserves the same treatment. An eye for an and a tooth for a tooth.
