Titanic submersible es morte

It’s still immoral and unethical to go online on social media outlets and openly say you’re glad, happy, and that the world will now be a slightly better place now that these wealthy tourists are dead. I’m far from being rich or extremely wealthy, but it’s wrong to openly cheer and celebrate someone’s death, no matter how much one may disagree with them politically, morally etc even if their Ted Turner, AOC, Bernie Sanders, Steve Scalise, etc.

It’s as much as a tragedy as North African, ME migrants desperately trying to escape and travel to European countries in overcrowded boats to find a better lives and they capsize and most on-board are killed. Same thing for millions of Ukrainians forced to flee from cities like Kviv, Bakumut, Kherson, Kharkiv, Odessa over the past 16 months because some deluded, fanatical Russian ultranationalist believes Ukraine has no sovereign independent right to exist on its own without being under Russian dominance or control.
Just speaking for myself here, but I'm not glad these people died. It is tragic, but it's not a tragedy of desperation. These people were not trying to escape extreme poverty or violent persecution. They weren't avoiding getting caught in the crossfire of a war they were not a part of. They were partaking in a luxury afforded to the very few in a little adventure can to look at a crusty arse ship.

And from what I've been gathering these past couple days this almost seemed like an inevitabilty. The absolute hubris of this CEO to keep carrying this operation on as long as he has is insane. The risks were present this whole time and were willfully ignored, probably without the guests fully understanding exactly how risky it is.

What I maybe am guilty of is enjoying the memes. Call me a basic birch if you must, I won't disagree with you. A lot of the memes were good. Especially the orca ones. I mean how often do we get two news cycle events that line up so perfectly for this kind of content?
